Reflection and Celebration:

A diary helps you look back and see what worked and what didn’t, as well as this, tracking completed goals feels rewarding and builds confidence.

Small, Pretty and Compact Design: The pages are neatly and aesthetically designed to have your diary looking clean. Along with its small size, which makes it easy to bring with you.

What's Inside?

Unfortunately, we don't have images of the inside to show you, but to briefly go over what's inside the diary.

A simple resource that will ensure that goal setting is never a problem again, and it's only for $12?

Remember our SMART goals?

S – Specific: Clearly define what you want to accomplish.
Example: “I want to improve my spelling” becomes “I want to complete one spelling workbook page daily.”

M – Measurable: You should be able to track your progress.
Example: “Complete 20 workbook pages in 4 weeks.”

A – Achievable: Goals should be realistic and within your reach.
Example: Setting a goal that fits your current schedule and ability.

R – Relevant: The goal should matter to you and align with your needs or values.
Example: “Improving my spelling will help me write more confidently in school.”

T – Time-bound: Set a deadline or timeframe.
Example: “Finish the workbook by May 31st.”

So, for each goal, there is space for each of these factors to be recorded.

First, you write your goal and by when you want to achieve it.

Then you decide if it's achievable, what will help and what will hinder you.

You can then write what you can do to capitalise on your strengths/weaknesses.

After this, you can note the relevance of the goal and why you are doing it.

Next, you will write how you are going to measure progress.

And finally, you will break your goal down into smaller steps to make everything a piece of cake.

There's also plenty of additional space to write down other unconsidered factors.
